We’ve had a lot of local press interest recently, a lot to do with our brilliant results at ‘The World’s Original Marmalade Awards, but also because we’re a relatively new business and people are interested in knowing more about us and how the business started.
Dartmoor Magazine recently published a wonderful two page feature article about the business in the Spring edition of the publication. Click here to read the full article in PDF format.
We are very proud members of the Guild of Fine Food and as great supporters of artisan producers they are always keen to shout about our successes on the ‘News’ page of their website. Following the Marmalade Awards they published an article and we were delighted to be included
We recently had a visit from Western Morning New’s food editor, Martin Hesp. Martin was visiting Bovey Tracey to catch up with our friends at The Cheese Shed and popped in to see us afterwards. We chatted about the business and he later left with a bag of goodies to try. The following week a two page feature article about ourselves and the Cheese Shed’s 10th anniversary was published in the Saturday edition of the paper. Martin had tried the jars of yumminess I had given him and wow was he impressed. Here’s an extract from the article…. ”I sampled some of Clare’s preserves at home and I can honestly say they are brilliant examples of their various genres. In fact, I’d go as far as to say the Carrot & Garlic chutney was, in its own way, one of the best pickles I have ever tasted. And you can’t really get better than that!”
