Slices of cucumber and onion pickled in a lightly spiced vinegar and sugar liquor. The result is a an amazingly fresh, sweet and sour crisp pickle full of crunch, perfect with pate or a mature cheddar.

Cucumbers, onions, white wine vinegar, light brown sugar, sea salt, mustard seeds, spices.
